Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and Operations team.
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks to streamline purchasing processes.
• Help maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and other essential documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate order placements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Purchasing Team.

Preferred experience and qualification

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in inventory or purchasing is a plus but not required.
• Interest in the automotive or truck industry is advantageous.
• Minimum SPM, Diploma / LCCI or Higher
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
