Junior Kafka & Devops Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka clusters and topics to support various data streaming use cases.
- Develop and implement automated CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, enabling continuous integration and deployment for cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Work within an Agile development framework, supporting sprints and continuous improvements.
- Monitor Kafka data pipelines identifying bottlenecks and performance issues to maintain high availability and low-latency data streaming.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide technical guidance on Kafka usage and best practices.
- Implement best practices for data security and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
- Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, components, and best practices.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure particularly AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Kafka, Kubernetes, and Confluent Cloud.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
