Job Description

• Ensure maintenance service availability and response time is accordance to Service Level Agreement.
• Submit daily and monthly reports and other related checklist.
• Responsible for all the maintenance work in Hotel i.e electrical works and building equipment.
• Supervising the technicians to carry out their duties and assignment on typical duties that include painting, tiling, grouting, siliconing and general repairs.
• To liase with contractor and suppliers.
• Attend and restore breakdown.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Plumbing skills will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Raja Laut /Jalan Belia.
• Preferably A4 level or minimum Diploma level in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic)
