Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Advise management on legal risks and implications associated with business decisions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all business operations and advise on regulatory changes impacting the company.
• Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the company's strategic objectives and decision-making process.
• Participate in the development and training of staff on legal compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate legal strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal best practices, industry trends, and regulatory developments.

Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB) with a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with teams across the organization.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
