We are looking for an engaged, experienced, and results-oriented person for the following position:

MARKETING MANAGER, Malaysia

Closely working with cross functional team to support sales team in developing marketing campaigns both BTL and Digital which in turn increase profitability.

Job Responsibilities

Working with the sales group to deliver necessary tools and programs to support sales objectives.

Execute a wide range of seasonal marketing campaigns and increase the awareness of our products and services in each crop segment.

Assist to develop all seasonal promotional plans and in-field promotions to support the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximise channel partner engagement.

Develop and drive Nufarm brand campaign across regions.

Drive new product launch, communication and related campaigns.

Implement digital marketing and social media integrated fully integrate into Nufarm overall marketing strategy including content development.

Product and Packaging Enhancement: Implement improvements in product and packaging to meet consumer needs including packaging design.

Monthly Evaluation: Conduct monthly analysis of promotional activities by sales teams

Rollout Digital tool to enable planning and execution of demand generation, campaigns.

Work Cross functionally Supply Chain, Portfolio, Regulatory and Sales for successful launch of new product.

Provide the necessary market, competition insights and analysis to Malaysia Country Business Manager for developing the monthly forecast, annual budget to Business.

Develop Business Analysis in defined template and discuss with Sales team.

Job Requirements

Degree Qualifications (Commercial, Science, Business)

Proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaign & strategies.

Knowledge and Experience in BLT and Digital marketing

Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support new concepts proposals.

Excellence communication Influence & Presentation Skill

English Language and one of local language

Experience in digital content development/Design

Knowledge and Technically competence Ag-chemical industry

Knowledge of both Chinese and Malay will be preferred
