- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc.
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as Linked In, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Highly Organized and perform well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
- Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak and travel outstation.
