Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as Linked In, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
  • Highly Organized and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution.
  • Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
  • Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated
  • Willing to travel outstation.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak and travel outstation.
