Marketing Manager

Job Scope / Responsibilities :
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and targeting the approprrate audience.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identifr potential markets, customer needs, competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engagmg content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance ofmarketing campaigns, utilizing data to assess effectiveness and make necessaty adjustments.
Requirements :
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be advantageous. Proven experience in marketing roles, usually ranging from 2 to 5 years.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and campaign perfomance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools and platfonns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee a marketing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture the target hudience's attention.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
