The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.Drive Technology Enabling project (T/X) on Leadframe / Substrate materials
  • -> Building Block
  • On Time Materials Release for Q-projects
  • Material Characterization, Benchmarking & Define Materials Roadmap
  • Derive materials requirement profile & Assembly Design Rules (ADR)
  • Talent Development (TDR), Coaching
  • Procurement Support : Sourcing Committee, Cost Saving, Alternative Source, PDN
  • Quality Support : FAR & Supplier Audit / Pre-assessment
  • Production Support : Harmonization in operation (Material, Process, Storage/Logistic), Task Force / Crisis
  • Bachelor / Master / Doctoral degree related to Science / Materials / Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in leadframe / substrate (technology, design, characterization, analysis, applications).
  • Experience in R&D project management.
  • Control span of minimum 5 employees.
  • Management experience in technical function areas preferred.

  • Bachelor / Master / Doctoral degree related to Science / Materials / Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in leadframe / substrate (technology, design, characterization, analysis, applications).
  • Experience in R&D project management.
  • Control span of minimum 5 employees.
