Your Role:

Efficiently handle customer queries across various channels with promptness and professionalism.
Deeply understand and address customer needs, delivering solutions that delight and exceed expectations.
Facilitate potential sales by seamlessly transferring leads to our sales team.
Collaborate across departments to solve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, aiding clear communication and problem resolution.
Use customer feedback to work with your team leader on continuous service improvement.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Fluent in Mandarin, with strong command of English communication skills, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
A customer-centric approach, prioritizing exceptional service while adhering to established processes.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills to manage diverse customer queries.
A bachelor’s degree in any field.
Self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
