Responsibilities For Permenant:
  • Provide Health Screening & Consultation to Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Perform Customer Service duties both online and offline and engage with customer via livechat/ telemarketing.
  • Able to provide wellness and nutritional advise effectively to individuals like walk-in customers and online inquiries.
  • Passionate in persuade & convince people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers to fully understand the needs & objective.
  • Good public speaking skills will be an added advantage
  • Actively engage in company out-door activities, marketing campaign, road shows as and when needed.
  • Provide product or nutrition related content for printing material or website
Requirements:
  • Work location : Petaling Jaya (staff hostel provided-walking distance)
  • Handling Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nutrition/Dietetics/Biochem/Pharmacology or Equivalent.
  • Candidates with sales experience in Health and Wellness Industry is an added advantage.
  • Possesses good persuasive and listening skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and self-motivated.
  • Academic training will be provided by Wellness Academy on nutrition knowledge.
  • Able to work in a performance oriented environment & result driven.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
During the internship period, you will be exposed and learn to the following:
  • Application of nutrition knowledge learned by providing consultation through various health screenings.
  • Communicate effectively with customers with different profiles through various corporate and CSR projects
  • Relate your nutrition knowledge based on the customer's needs by practicing listening
  • Engage with customer & product recommendations via live chat/ telemarketing.
  • Provide wellness and nutritional advice effectively to individuals like walk-in customers and online inquiries (Live Chat).
  • Engage in company outdoor activities, marketing campaigns, road shows as and when needed.
  • Some candidates may have the opportunity to participate in Tik Tok & Shopee Live, Video Shooting & Giving Public Talk.
  • Required skill(s) - Communication skills, Independently, Passionate.
Requirements:
  • Candidates who possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics/ Bio Med / Pharmacology, or Any equivalent.
  • Vacancies are available in Penang, Bayan Lepas, and Petaling Jaya (Please state which state you are applying for)
  • Hostel accommodation is provided.
