Carries out daily trade operations which cover all stages of order processing, responsible for drivers and truck planning and delivering the goods and services to customers according to customers’ expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily activity
1. Check/received customers email and respond within 1-2 hour with driver and truck details before scheduling drivers’ movement.
2. Communicate and provide with the desired level of service in answering the customer questions.
3. Generate and update the running Job number for truck movement into the Daily Trip Trucking form.
4. To assign and delegate customers job to selected drivers for collection and delivering goods in addition to scheduling drivers and setting their delivery routes.
5. To update the trucks movements via Whats App and email to customers before and after delivery.
6. To assist vendor for permit and custom declaration for Singapore movement.
7. Prepare and submit the cash voucher for Singapore levy’s Export and Import movement to HOD for approval before submit to Finance Department.
8. Prepare and submit the cash voucher for MAB daily pass Senai claim for ADE movement to HOD for approval before submit to Finance Department claim process.
9. Prepare and submit the cash voucher for driver Singapore daily top-up data claims to Billing Executive for verification before submit to HOD for approval and Finance Department for claim process.
10. Prepare and verify Drivers toll before claim submission to Finance for claim process.
11. Prepare and submit the advance driver toll for insufficient toll in card toll to HOD for verified before submit to Finance for payment process.
12. To update and verify the details for driver movements in Drivers Attendance Report from HR department in alternate days.
13. To verify customers documents in Return Document Form Driver before handover to Billing department for claim submission to customers.
14. To prepare and verify the drivers idling report and submit to HOD for further process.
15. To assist and prepare any drivers documentation before submit to HOD for approval.
16. To update the drivers job rotation and schedule for Summary MAG, ROHM WAKO, PAJAK, XEPA, and Weekend movement.
17. To monitor and checking on the Trucking GPS system and update to Team members and HOD if any abnormalities.
18. To update the truck location every 1 hour to Customer MAG via Whats App till job done.
Weekly activity
1. To prepare and update the truck diesel amount into the Summary truck fuel report.
2. To update and submit the drivers job rotation and schedule for Summary ROHM WAKO, PAJAK, XEPA, and Weekend movement to HOD.
3. To print out the vendor invoices and submit to Billing Executive for verification and HOD for approval.
4. To update the vendor summary PERMIT declaration report and submit it to the HOD for approval for GST upfront and SGD permit upfront.
Monthly activity
1. To print out the vendor invoices and submit to Billing Executive for verification and HOD for approval.
2. To update and submit the diesel amount into the Summary truck fuel report to HOD for verification and approval.
3. Filling invoices and others related documents.
4. Providing labels for filling purpose
5. Update the vendor summary PERMIT declaration report for GST upfront and Permit upfront in SGD to HOD for approval
6. Prepare the summary renewal truck ROV and submit to HOD for approval, apply online through the LTA system, and then submit it to the finance department for additional payment once the LTA has been approved
Others activity
1. To assign drivers for invoice submission to customer by hand
2. To assists Maintenance dept to prepared and submit the Work Order to HOD for approval before handover to driver.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management and HOD and others department.
4. Collaborate and assess in serving other operations as desired and requested by higher level management or customer.
5. Coordinates with customer to arrange for the provision of any logistics and transport services at the customer site or any location as per customer instruction.
6. Organize and coordinate planning on cargo collection or delivery in any area desired by customers.
7. Communicate with other departments including customer service to plan and distribute work
8. Prepared and submit Dispose documents form to HOD early of year for approval.
9. Comply with established policies and procedures of company and department.
10. To perform any other task or job scope determine by the company or superior as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or certificate in transportation or equivalent.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Must have license B2/D/GDL (optional)
· OSH-C certification (optional)
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Knowledge in reporting by Microsoft
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
