Job Descriptions:

• Provide accurate and appropriate information or assistance to all incoming-calls, manage customer service email enquiries which include enquiries from www.pelangibooks.com website.
• Manage enquiries from Lazada, Shopee Malaysia, Shopee Singapore & Facebook which require to work from home on weekend.
• Complaint management by working closely with internal and external parties for effective solutions to problems and ensure customer complaint issued and closed within 3 working days.
• Coordinator in handling Corporate Sales order processing up to delivery.
• Maintaining all ISO related matters pertaining to Customer Service.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc reports from superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any field with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in front office / customer service;
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills;
• Good in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant personality, professional and customer oriented;
• Have some experience in handling social media and website enquiries
• Inventory Management skill is a plus;
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese;
• Ability to speak Chinese language is an added advantage;
• Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi & able to work on weekends.
