Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field. Bachelor's in Science and Business are welcomed.
· Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English (written and spoken)
· Fresh graduates are welcomed, guidance will be provided.
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Canvas.
· Strong time management, detail-oriented and organized.
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
. Managing Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio.
· Assist in preparing documents relating to Intellectual Property matters and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
· Attending to client’s enquiries and advising on trademark protection strategy.
· Conduct legal research and responding to office actions.
· Liasing with My IPO and foreign IP associates.
· Track and report IP maintenance, renewal, and filling requirement.
· Files and documents management.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings.
· Operative and Administrative tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
