What you will responsible on this role:

• Cooperation with sales team to improve productivity to fulfil clients order requirement.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and delivery schedule are handled efficiently.
• Ensure the adequacy of sale-related equipment or materials.
• Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timeliness.
• To perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, various general administrative tasks, and documentation preparation.
• Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales enquiries maintaining an efficient work environment.
• Other ad hoc tasks when required.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

What you will need to success in this role:

• Possess at least Diploma/ certificate in related field.
• Fresh Graduates or entry level are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage as communicate to China supplier is required.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
• 5 working days (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Team player and can work independently.
