Requirements:

Minimum Certificate/Vocational/Diploma
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer programs

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing payment instructions, issuing invoices, and managing Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
Perform data entry, documentation, and filing tasks
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure proper document filing
