Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

Reporting to Managing Director / Board of Directors.
Managing the director's: Daily calendar, Scheduling appointments, Arranging full travel itineraries, Serving as the primary liaison for the director, Director’s monthly claims and Presentation materials to clients.
Handle corporate confidential and time sensitive materials with absolute confidence and professionalism. This is a high importance. Must maintain at all times strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management and staff
Organize meeting and take minutes when required.
Handle calls and email correspondence.
Liaise professionally with business partners and another external organization.
Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc projects, functions and related duties as and when required.
Work with other teams from various departments.
Organize sales exhibitions, company/team events, and team offsite meetings.
Able to prepare quotations and/or commercial assistance should there be any urgent help needed.
Occasional business travels within Asia will be required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Certificate in Secretarial, Diploma or Bachelor Holder
Experience: 5 years experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to Top Management.
Language: English and Malay. Mandarin and Cantonese is advantage.
Able to start immediately or within a short notice would be preferred
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,929.27 - RM6,229.82 per month
