Job Description

• To assist AVP (WM) in implementation, documentation and follow up actions and progress on issues/visit report. To attend to specific projects, tasks and training as instructed - Monthly: Monthly Crop Monitoring, Bunch Analysis (ABW, BNO, Crop Performance by palm age group), Nursery Report, Crop Forecast, Replanting Progress
• To provide AVP (WM) visit reports and data compilation from Operating Units.
• Handling specific tasks from time to time including study on Improvement/ Efficiency projects (Ad-Hoc Required by AVP or SVP)
• To provide account analysis for Operating Units (By Account and Estate)
• To follow up with Operating Units on the estate/field operation status and progress (Field Pruning, Manuring Completion, etc.)
• Any ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Science, Agriculture and other disciplines
• Preferably with some experience in oil palm plantation
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful and has strong analytical skills
• Thrives in a team environment
• Wiling to travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
