Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or administrative roles, preferably in a plantation or agricultural setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Familiarity with plantation operations, agricultural practices, or similar industry Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Descriptions:
1. Stock Management:

• Set forecast for plantation including overseeing daily inventory of plantation materials (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, tools).
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely planting to prevent shortages.
• Conduct monthly stock take for the plantation and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform monthly seed stock takes and coordinate with suppliers to deliver materials and equipment as needed.

2. Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of stock, equipment usage, and transactions within the plantation.
• Prepare seedling reports and ensure accuracy with current stock.
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation.
• Handle plantation-related administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
• Coordinate with plantation staff to track stock usage and ensure materials are allocated appropriately.

3. Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
