- Inventory Control: Oversee daily stock levels and ensure accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Order Management: Work closely with suppliers to place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery of stock.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Warehouse Coordination: Manage warehouse staff and ensure efficient organization and storage of products.
- Stock Optimization: Analyze stock levels and sales patterns to forecast demand and avoid overstocking or stock shortages.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels, orders, and inventory turnover for management review.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods between warehouses, retail locations, and customers.
- Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to minimize stock loss, damage, or theft.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure all retail locations have the necessary stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Compliance: Ensure all inventory operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
