Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).
Tasks & responsibilities

• General typing and filing of production documents.
• Responsible to record daily production output.
• Well organize the latest drawing to all concern departments including record and filing.
• Issue Engineering Change Notification (ECN) to all concern departments.
• Coordinate with other departments on related issues to ensure the smooth flow of production.
• Accurately enter production data into computer, including internal department WIP, production output, and related production information.
• Assist in processing production orders (Sequent Number), including reviewing Sequent Number for accuracy, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain internal department indirect material inventory levels, records and tracking base on requisition note and updating into computer.
• Prepare and maintain production-related documents such as Sequent Number, production reports, drawing, and ECN.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments regarding production-related inquiries, status updates, and information requests.
• Update and maintain all the progress files and yield reports.
• Update and maintain the material consumption files.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Arrange and prepare all documents for intercompany operations.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent with 1 year working experience.
• Degree or Diploma in any related to manufacturing field.
• Knowledge of computer is preferred.
• Familiar with excel functional.
• Work seriously and responsible with a strong team spirit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
