Responsibilities:
To assist Senior Executive, Accounts on completeness of monthly management accounts reporting, financial analysis and budgetary process & control measures.
1. Accounts
Assist to prepare and complete of monthly management Account & related schedules.
The details of tasks are as follows:
1.Prepare monthly management reporting to ensure the timely submission and accurate monthly management accounts report to holding company latest by 4th of the following month.
2.Budget control
-To ensure the expense are within the allocated budget and highlight the variance/discrepancies to the respective PIC or HODs,
-Update of weekly costing for plant production – Variable Cost & Fixed Cost
-Perform expenses analysis for major cost drivers & identify cost control measures,
3.Stock-counts and audit process
To perform the half yearly stock/inventories review and stock-counts the sub-audit schedules and assist the auditors during interim and year end audit.
4.Prepare the annual budget/ forecast and estimate
-To assist in preparation of annual budgetary process and update of annual forecast,
-Update of monthly estimate for target setting and for deliberation to plant operation team,
5.Pro-active action to highlight any issue or analysis to improve the Plant Performance.
6.Any other task instructed by the superior including statutory submission.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accountancy or Finance (Min CGPA: 3.40)
2. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
3. Able to understand and operate well on ERP system.
4. Good understanding of accounting standard and taxation
