Purchasing Admin Wanted!
Job Scope:

• To check and confirm production specs by liaising with sales person
• To liaise with vendors on production status and logistic on shipment status
• To perform QC (quality checks) to ensure all products arrive are up to quality
• To ensure adequate stock inventory level, and place order with vendors when necessary
• To ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records
• To feedback and follow up on goods quality issue with vendor
• To liaise with courier companies for goods delivery.
• To solve issues when production related problems arise.

What we require from you:

• Required Language: **MANDARIN**(liaise with china vendors), English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have very high attention to every details
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all parties.
• No Experience needed. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be computer literate.
• Basic Adobe Illustrator skills will be an added bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
