- Maintain the purchasing policy and ensure that all purchases comply with company guidelines.
- Liaise with other departments, especially Accounting, Manufacturing, and Stock Departments, to ensure smooth purchasing processes.
- Reliable and careful processing of offers and orders.
- Check pricing, delivery times, and availability of parts from suppliers.
- Ensure that invoices are sent to the Accounts Department for payment processing.
- Input data and update stock orders in the ERP system.
- Assist in maintaining the filing system and records for easy tracking and control.
- Oversee receiving and storage operations, ensuring the integrity of stock inventory.
- Assist in the monthly physical stock counting process.
- Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Able to read and speaking in Mandarin will be take advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Procurement / Purchaser: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
