JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure purchased goods meet the specified requirements, specifications and information including charges related to the purchased materials are clearly stated in the purchase order.
• To source, cost negotiate, quotation comparison and analysis.
• To ensure correct materials are ordered and delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification.
• To ensure supplier deliver and quality performance.
• To assist in ensuring purchasing processes are compliance with company policy.
• A self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
• Compare between product pricing and specifications, as well as payment terms.

REQUIREMENT
· Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): NEGOTIATION, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPMANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION, Microsoft Office, EXCEL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (Preferred)
