- Research potential vendors from internet.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products and report to management if there is quality issue
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) and reviewing Purchase orders.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Detailed oriented.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate with 1 year relevant working experience is an added advantage.
