QA Executive

2. To ensure finished products are release and rejection in timely fashion through reviewing and checking completion batch manufacturing record.
3. To ensure all documentation, SOP and other GMP related records are in order and update manner.
4. Facilitation, monitoring and tracking of all internal and external audits to ensure full completion and compliance of the corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner.
5. To ensure starting materials are of specified quality through conducting periodic Vendor Audit.
6. To ensure appropriate management and monitoring of Registered Product Information through Internal Memorandum and maintain the related records.
7. To perform artwork verification and monitoring of registered artwork through Internal Memorandum and maintain the related records.
8. To coordinate, organise and participate actively in yearly self-inspection programmes and monitoring of self-inspection CAPA implementation by respective departments.
9. To attend to ad-hoc incidence / matters related to c GMP requirements and compliance.
10. To cover the responsibilities of other QA Executive and Senior QA Executive in their absent.
11. Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
Requirements :
1. Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Microbiology or equivalent discipline.
2. Approximately 2 to 5 years.
3. Knowledge on Quality Assurance System and Quality Control System to meet GMP requirements.
4. Exposure to Pharmaceutical Industry, Analytical Testing and Manufacturing Field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
