Quality Assurance Executive

ofJob Responsibilities :-

Collect data and track metrics for product quality improvements over time.
Monitor production processes to maintain reliability and performance standards.
Execute quality improvement tests and activities.
Analyse quality data, report findings and suggest improvement areas.
Maintain inspection logs, test records and monthly reports and quality analysis files.
Inspect products ensure to meet quality standards for customer’s demand.
Documenting errors, issues, and non-compliance in detailed reports.
Conduct calibrations on testing equipment, scales and other tools as scheduled.
Liaise with operations/production and R&D on technical and quality matters.
Support the R&D team on quality enhancement efforts.
Familiarise Standard Operating Procedure documentation including to review from time to time.
To handle ISO documentation activities and internal audits.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000:2018 and GMP+ requirements, with effective implementation and maintenance and review.
Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements :-

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in a biological science field.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Manufacturing or any agricultural activities and industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willingness to work at an insect farm and tolerance to insect exposure.
Experience in maintenance and calibration is an advantage.
Have general knowledge of Safety & Health.
Good interpersonal skills & able to work in a team.
Willingness to work on weekends/rotating shifts/public holidays.
Possess own transport
Work location: Production Plant Bestari Jaya, Kuala Selangor.
