Receptionist Job Scope:
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the door of the studio.
· provide information about Paragon’s dance lesson to customers.
· communicate with manager 3 times a week to get updated info of new appointments.
· Ensure reception and studio area are tidy and presentable
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
· keep inventory of dance attire stock
· Update calendars and dance lesson timetable
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Part-timer is welcomed to join. Our operation hour is started from:-
Monday3:30–10pm
Tuesday3:30–10pm
Wednesday3:30–10pm
Thursday3:30–10pm
Friday3:30–10pm
Saturday9am–7pm
Sunday 9am–2pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,150.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Telok Panglima Garang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
