Job Scope

• Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Assist customers in locating products and making recommendations as needed.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

• Store Operations
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.

• Product Knowledge
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, and store policies.
• Communicate relevant product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Cash Handling
• Operate the cash register and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.

• Merchandising and Stock Management
• Assist with visual merchandising and stock arrangement to ensure attractive product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items to the supervisor.

• Health & Safety
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

• Age: Below 35 years
• Minimum Education Level: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills for handling transactions, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability: Ability to work Monday to Saturday as per the store’s schedule.
