Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic interior design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with marketing agencies and event companies to introduce our specialized services in booth setup, layout design, and other event-related interior solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the marketing and events industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients in the marketing and events industry, including marketing agencies, event companies, and other related organizations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for booth setups, layout designs, and other interior design services.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach within the industry.
• Product Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company’s services and capabilities.
• Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, events, or marketing industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of interior design and event industry trends is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
