Job Descriptions:
The Sales Promoter is responsible for establishing relationships with our customers & ensuring their retail needs are successfully met.
- Greet every customer and identifies their needs.
- Assist customers with their purchasing needs.
- Act as the product expert and advise & educates customers on our product values by providing information on products.
- Ensure the store is presentable on a daily basis, and endeavors to produce a clean, inviting environment.
- Develops trustworthy & tangible (if possible) knowledge of our products, especially our top sellers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Can communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Listening, commitment to customer service, commitment to product knowledge and people skills;
- At least 1-year of experience in retail or equivalent;
- Able to work on weekends and during public holidays; and
- Willing to work in Sogo, KL.
- Fixed Travelling Allowance RM100
- Staff Purchase Discount
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
