1. Supervise and monitor goods IN / OUT .
- Supervise & ensure goods and quantity picked are as per Picking List and outgoing goods quantity tally with DO/Invoice;
- Supervise & ensure no items are damaged during Stackings;
- Supervise & ensure goods IN are properly stored in the proper location;
- Supervise & ensure no items are damaged in the warehouse.
- Maintain maximum usage of the operational space area;
- Monitor proper housekeeping;
- Ensure Price Tags/Barcodes are stuck on as required;
- Full knowledge of items and their location.
- To hold a Daily morning briefing in the absence of the Manager
- To take over the daily operations and administration of the Warehouse in the absence of the Manager.
- Ensure 100% cooperation is obtained from everyone in the Warehouse and all work is carried out as per the needs of the operations.
- Record & Keeping track of inventory movement
- Monitor & report all warehouse activities to superior
- Maintain accurate reporting & integrity of the warehouse
- To provide monthly reports on Goods IN & Goods out.
- To provide monthly Inventory reports by 1st week of the month.
- Quarterly Stock count & Submit reports on time
- Checked & Ensure goods quantity & Quality picked as per P. List while outgoing goods as per Delivery Orders / Invoice.
- Checked & Ensure no item was damaged during Goods Out. Price Tags/Barcodes sticked on items & cartons as per required
- Record & Keeping track of all Outgoing Inventory movements daily.
- Checked & Record all DO/Invoices after Deliveries.
- To liaise with Drivers on all Outgoing & Ensure Completion of Delivery.
- Monitor & Updates All Goods Returns (Good & not Damaged items) into Inventory
- To report to the warehouse manager on the Daily movement.
- To provide monthly reports on the total volumes of Delivery Order out.
- Completed at least Higher Secondary/SPM;
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Warehouse/Storage or equivalent;
- Must be hands on & assist others when necessary.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
