Radius started life on the 8th of January 1990 as a truck fuel card business called UK Fuels.
Responsibilities:
● Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to generate new sales for GPS trackers, Asset Trackers and Dashcams;
● Develop and evaluate new sales strategies and models to bring in new-to-group business.
● Effective evaluation of customer needs to build long-lasting customer relationships.
● Meet personal sales targets (can share during 1st stage)
● Attendance of meetings, sales events and client training of award-winning backend system
● Strong pipeline management/prioritisation to feed senior management with monthly quota estimations
● Management of personal client database on Salesforce
● Provide customer feedback to senior leadership to investigate potential future developments and challenges to overcome
● Coordinating sales efforts with other departments to ensure stock availability and operational effectiveness
● Monitoring competitors and providing constructive criticism to ensure Radius continues to lead the way in cutting-edge technology
● Strong negotiations with clients and ensure a win-win attitude for margin and profitability purposes
● Keep on track and share market conditions, trends and opportunities to maximise sales reach.
Requirements:
● Experienced in the telematics industry for at least 3 years.
● 5 days’ work week
● Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
● Non-Degree Tertiary
● Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is an added advantage
Salary: RM 66,000-RM 90,000 annually, depending on experience
Commission: RM 4,825-RM 7,000 per month, depending on performance
