Roles & Responsibilities:
Service, Admin Executive is a key role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, people management, customer service, and coordination with various departments.
Assisting to manage daily service operation tasks; service jobs assignment
Process and maintain daily work orders / jobs assignment with accurate service records
Handle internal and external customers’ or service team members’ feedback and inquiries
Familiarity with service management and people management and office productivity tools
Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
Attention to details and strong organizational skills
Managing the SAO service teams
To Be a Successful Candidate:
Diploma in business management or equivalent.
Know-how to handle complex people management.
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.
Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English.
Basic customer service and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
