We're looking for passionate and driven individuals who communicate well and understanding of the food and beverage for keeping guests satisfied. Being the face of Tin Box Group you will show the utmost professionalism in terms of your customer service skills.
It is a relatively fast-paced industry but our Tin Box Family is a fun bunch who is always there to help when it's needed.
Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and seat them
• Have a thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu
• Prepare the dining area for service - setting up tables, adding condiments, and other preparatory tasks
• Take customer orders and provide menu guidance, offering good recommendations and taking orders
• Assist in clearing spills and keeping tables clean
• Perform cleaning tasks when necessary (such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)

Job Skills & Qualifications Required

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to speak English & Bahasa Melayu. If able to speak Mandarin will be added an advantage
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
