- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing their favorite coffee and food items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Kosa Coffee’s standards.
- Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning, and setting up for the next guests.
- Replenish condiments, utensils, and napkins to ensure customers have everything they need.
- Assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed, ensuring all products are well-organized and displayed.
- Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints in a polite and helpful manner.
- Support the kitchen and barista teams during busy hours by assisting with food and beverage preparation.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to handle busy environments and work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and card payments.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to carry trays of food and beverages.
- Availability:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
