1. Shift Leadership & Team Management:
o Supervise the baristas and service crew to ensure efficient and productive operations during the shift.
o Delegate tasks based on staff strengths and store needs, ensuring that each team member understands their role.
o Conduct pre-shift briefings, setting expectations and goals for the team and ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Customer Service Oversight:
o Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all team members meet Kosa Coffee’s service standards.
o Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, escalating to the Store Manager if necessary.
o Ensure all beverages and food items meet Kosa Coffee's quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
3. Operational Management:
o Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that opening, closing, and shift change procedures are followed correctly.
o Monitor inventory levels throughout the shift, coordinating with the store manager to place orders for restocking when needed.
o Ensure that equipment is functioning correctly and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
4. Staff Training & Development:
o Assist with onboarding new employees by providing hands-on training on operational procedures and customer service.
o Mentor and coach team members, offering feedback and guidance to improve their performance and foster their professional growth.
o Encourage teamwork and collaboration, resolving any internal conflicts and maintaining a positive working environment.
5. Cash Management & Reporting:
o Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately, ensuring that tills are balanced at the end of each shift
o Prepare shift reports detailing sales, customer feedback, and any operational issues encountered during the shift.
o Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling, financial reporting, and store security.
6. Health & Safety Compliance:
o Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to throughout the shift.
o Maintain cleanliness of the store, equipment, and workstations, ensuring the store meets health and safety standards.
o Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and customers.
REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Experience:
o At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage (F&B) or retail industry, particularly in coffee shops or cafes.
2. Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. o Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
o Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and solve problems quickly.
4. Knowledge:
o In-depth understanding of coffee brewing methods and techniques, as well as familiarity with Kosa Coffee’s product offerings.
o Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and relevant health and safety regulations. 5. Work Availability:
o Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
o Ability to manage early morning and late evening shifts as needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
