Job Responsibilities：
1. To provide technical solution, troubleshooting to the clients.
2. Perform and handling technical issues that faced by clients/customers (esp.after-sales, if any).
3. Perform technical services in terms of fixture, install, repair and maintain equipment [products: aerial work platform (AWP), scissor lift, forklift equipment,construction engineering machines etc.].
4. To perform service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions).
5. To liaise with respective team-members in an effective way and problem solving to assure that clients/customers get good respond and support required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
