Job Title: Software Implementation Consultant/Project Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Summary:
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with key business users and IT teams from retail clients to design, configure, test, and implement business solutions built on our supply chain platform. You will translate high-level digital business goals into actionable strategies and implement solutions that drive value for clients, including optimizing revenue, improving speed to market, and reducing costs. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of assigned initiatives for 1-2 key clients.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Manage project P&L and collaborate with the Account Team to ensure success.
- Maintain alignment with client business and technical objectives, ensuring smooth communication.
- Partner with the development team to understand and implement the best solutions for clients.
- Balance client needs with company direction and goals.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Regularly meet with C-level executives to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional consultancy services for client success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software solution implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business workflows and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client management.
- Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficient in English or Mandarin Chinese for presentations.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
- Familiarity with technologies such as SQL, JSON is a plus.
- Experience in the retail or consumer products industry (business or IT) is an advantage.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM24,000.00 per month
