· Play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our software applications through performance testing.
· Work closely with development teams to design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
· Execution and analysis of performance tests to validate application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
· Identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
· Collaboration with development teams to address performance-related issues.
· Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives in performance testing practices
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.
· Familiarity with performance testing tools and frameworks such as Locust JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, etc.
· Understanding of scripting language such as Python, Shell, etc.
· Good understanding of performance monitoring and profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks such as New Relic, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, etc
· Familiar with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Git Lab CI, etc
· Familiar using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
