Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Software Test Engineer at Selangor, Malaysia.
The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for test plan creation and execution, test case writing, and test report output
  • Analyse hardware and firmware requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
  • Prepare and submit bug reports on progress and testing outcomes.
  • Make sure that quality issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Perform manual testing – functional & non-functional testing
  • Work closely with different teams for scoping/sizing after clarifying requirements and create the strategy and technical design for quality delivery
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or other relevant IT studies
  • Minimum 1 year of software testing experience
  • Experience in bug and case tracking tools (Jira, etc.)
  • Have a clear understanding of the software testing life cycle & bug-reporting process.
  • Printer-related product testing experience will be a distinct advantage
  • Organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of basic networking setup and configuration is an advantage.
