Primary Objective:


To maintain regular business performance tracking and communication which includes:

• Produce monthly performance/tracking report under Education Ecosystem i.e. university, staff and student accounts.
• Prepare communication deck for regions/branches on internal challenge, sales campaign and other business development related activities.
• Prepare and maintain regular communication in RHB@Workplace/ approved social media on education ecosystem MYSISWA/RHB Islamic Bank activities.
• Market research on industry latest offering on Islamic products for education
• Assist senior to maintain good business relationship with all education project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain regular business performance tracking and communication within the Education Ecosystem
• To assist senior in maintaining good business relationship with all education ecosystem project stakeholders which includes:
• To assist senior in regular engagement with universities’ management and workforce.
• To assist senior in regular engagement with Regional Sales Head’s and Education Ecosystem Buddy Branches.
• To assist senior coordinate meetings/discussion between universities and branches/regions.
• To assist team in drive business initiatives/campaigns with universities.
• To assist team in attend and escalate queries/complaints from universities to the respective department/teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor's /Master’s Degree /Professional Degree in Business Administrative or disciplines related to Finance/ Marketing.

Fresh graduate or have 2-3 years related experience in an established financial institution predominantly in/ marketing/corporate relationship
Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building and marketing skills
Good analytical and communication skills
