Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the Company’s direct tax compliance including yearly tax compliance
- Information preparation and analysis necessary for the Company’s direct tax compliance including yearly tax compliance requirements.
- Liaise and handle queries raised by the Company’s tax agents for the Company’s tax computation / tax return preparation.
- Information preparation and analysis necessary for the Company’s WHT compliance requirements.
- Liaise and handle the WHT compliance process with SSC AP team as well as the Inland Revenue Board (“IRB”) of Malaysia
- To ensure timely submission and remittance of WHT form(s) and payment(s) to the IRB
- Business partnering support by providing support through minor direct tax advisory on business transactions, process improvements etc.
- Other direct/indirect tax support when is applicable/ necessary during the secondment period.
