YOUR TASKS
- Execute call plan provided by Multichannel Coordinator/Telemarketing Manager
- Use communications skills to identify decision makers for Express shipping and gain access to them.
- Combine sales skills with DHL product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/identify rank-up potential during re-qualification.
- Continually develop knowledge of DHL’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximise the department’s contribution to the sales function.
Customer Information Maintenance & Reporting
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the customer database.
- Clean lead lists and Multichannel data with captured information
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
- Typically requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of Sales & Account management experience.
- Experience in working Contact Centre (Outbound) Environment.
