- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to introduce the MLM business model and product offerings, including virtual/online modules.
- Set performance targets for distributors and monitor their progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the distributor network.
- Foster relationships with key distributors and support their recruitment and team-building efforts.
- Provide ongoing training and support to distributors to enhance their sales and recruitment skills.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and events to motivate and educate the distributor network.
- Offer regular feedback and coaching to help distributors achieve their goals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Address issues or concerns raised by distributors and customers promptly and effectively.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve the MLM program and product offerings.
- At least 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in multi-level marketing or direct sales.
- Strong understanding of MLM business models and strategies.
- Knowledge of health products, wellness or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the company's values.
