- Develop and implement impactful strategies to achieve organizational sales targets, goals, and objectives.
- Manage branch operational costs in line with the annual management plan.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities; conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track daily operational progress and prepare up-to-date reports as required by Management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and support teams to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years experiences in managing a multi-level marketing or direct sales.
- Strong understanding of MLM business models and strategies.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions promptly and complete tasks with discipline.
- Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team.
