Get to know the role:
The VP of Strategy and Project Management plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's strategic vision. This position involves project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting senior executives in formulating and implementing business strategies. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning and ensure successful execution of cross-functional projects by setting and tracking key milestones and budgets.
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the company's direction by formulating and driving business strategies.
Help cross-functional teams resolve issues with data-driven insights and practical guidance.
Create short-term and long-term performance goals, aligning them with strategic objectives in close coordination with department heads.
Partner with leadership to effectively convey organizational goals to internal and external stakeholders, promoting understanding and support.
Regularly assess and update the corporate strategy to stay in line with management expectations, industry trends, and changing needs.

Requirements

4 - 8 years of experience at top tier strategy, management consultancy, or investment banking firm
Strong academic track record
Strong background in strategic thinking, analytics & demonstrated ability to problem solve
Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills
Convincing executive presence, solid spoken and written communication skills including executive level communication / slides
Able to work independently and in teams
Strong team player with a can-do attitude, rolling up your sleeves and being adaptable and flexible - grit is a characteristic well-valued
Highly comfortable and able to context switch and perform in a semi-structured, dynamic, fast-paced environment
A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
Highly organized
Highly proficient excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
