I. Responsibilities & Authorities
- Warehouse Management:

• Plan and implement warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and components.
• Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of finished products according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

- Team Management:

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse staff.
• Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.

- Logistic Coordination:

• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Liaise with the production department to align warehouse operations with manufacturing schedules.
• Collaborate with shipping and transportation providers to arrange efficient and cost-effective deliveries.

-Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement new systems and technologies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Analyze warehouse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Others:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
• To liaise with related department if necessary for any related matter enquiries.

II. Competency & Training Acquired

• Education: A Diploma / Degree holder in any Logistic, Business Admin or any discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years working experience in warehousing & managing manpower.
• Skills: Basic computer operation, good communication skills in English & Malay Language, good interpersonal skills and basic problem solving. Independent worker, self-driven personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48
Working days: Mon - Fri
One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.
Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Off Day > 8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.
Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00
Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
