Job Description
This position reports to the Director of Billing. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance with account billings and collections. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and collaborative team player. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities

• Manage billings for accounts on weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis using Sales Force
• Ensure billing instructions are up to date with the billing process
• Maintain collection notes on assigned accounts
• Other Ad Hoc requests as required

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting preferred
• Sales Force experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and report writing skills
• Ability to work as a team or independently as situation requires
• Must have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm manner
• Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including senior management
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Must be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands
• Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
