Join Our Creative Team as a Content Art Designer!

Are you passionate about art direction and design? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your creativity can shine? We're looking for a talented Content Art Designer who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to life and help us craft compelling visual stories.

Your Role:

As our Content Art Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, shaping visual experiences that captivate and engage. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Craft Compelling Visuals: Develop and design eye-catching graphics and master visuals for packaging, POS materials, and digital ads that align with our brand's story and guidelines.
Design with Purpose: Adapt and enhance existing creative assets to meet the needs of our North American brand portfolio.
Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative brand strategies. Your input will be key in shaping our content and brand identity.
Proactive Prototyping: Create quick mockups and prototypes to visualize concepts and iterate designs swiftly.
Presentation Skills: Design and create stunning presentations that leave a lasting impression and support internal marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Agency or in-hose creative experience in art/ graphic design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Power Point, and Keynote.
Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate and collaborate in a diverse environment.
Location & Commitment:

This role is based in Mexico City, with the flexibility to work remotely, but you must be able to attend the office twice a week.

Soft Skills:

Creative Flair: Strong skills in conceptualizing and executing visually striking designs for various touch-points, including digital, print, and packaging.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to last-minute requests, and stay organized while ensuring high-quality results.
Team Spirit: Experience working with creative teams and a knack for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
